We’re growing and looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Operations & Admin Coordinator to join our small but mighty team in Pittsburgh. This in-office role is central to our daily operations, logistics, and customer support — helping ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics

  • Coordinate customer order fulfillment and ensure delivery follow-through

  • Maintain and track physical inventory of products across warehouses

  • Communicate with local vendors to coordinate production, quality control, and timely delivery of printed materials

Office Administration

  • Assist with general office needs and administrative support, this may include booking travel (flights, hotels, etc.) for team members as needed

  • Organize documents and coordinate internal scheduling/logistics

  • Maintain and order office supplies as needed and keeping the office organized and running smoothly

Customer Service

  • Respond to basic customer inquiries about order status or sample shipments via email or phone

  • Manage incoming calls and route requests appropriately

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, administration, logistics, customer service, or a similar role is a plus

  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, shipping platforms (e.g. Shippo, Pirate Ship), and basic spreadsheets

  • Ability to work in our Pittsburgh office located in Point Breeze

  • Able to lift up to 40 lb of weight

Compensation and Benefits

  • This role may be filled as a part-time or full-time role, depending on the candidate profile.

    • Part-time: $21.25 - $25.50/hr  

    • Full-time: $45k - 50k per year with health benefit
