Making Waves Celebrating Parcel Health's Tully Tube
The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) Annual Convention and Trade Exposition is always a highlight in the pharmacy industry calendar, but this year's event held a special significance for Parcel Health. As we returned from Columbus, Ohio, our hearts were filled with gratitude, excitement, and a renewed sense of purpose. The overwhelming response to our Tully Tube launch party and the connections we forged have reaffirmed our commitment to revolutionizing pharmaceutical packaging with sustainable solutions.

A Rooftop Celebration to Remember
We celebrated against the backdrop of the stunning Goodale Station, perched atop the Canopy by Hilton Columbus, was nothing short of spectacular. The venue provided the perfect backdrop for introducing the Tully Tube to our esteemed guests. As the sun set over the Columbus skyline, conversations buzzed with excitement about the potential impact of our innovative paper-based pill bottle.
Longtime friends and partners in the pharmacy world mingled with new faces, all united by a shared vision of a more sustainable future for healthcare packaging. The energy in the room was palpable as we showcased the features and benefits of the Tully Tube, demonstrating how this simple yet revolutionary product could transform the industry.

Tully Tube: A Star is Born
The star of the show, our Tully Tube, made an unforgettable impression on attendees. Industry professionals were particularly impressed by its durability, child-resistance features, and eco-friendly composition. Many expressed amazement at how a paper-based product could effectively replace traditional plastic pill bottles without compromising on safety or functionality.
No plastic pill vial can look like this
The positive feedback we received has been incredibly motivating. Pharmacists, healthcare providers, and industry leaders alike recognized the potential of the Tully Tube to not only reduce plastic waste but also enhance patient experiences. The enthusiasm we witnessed has fueled our determination to accelerate our mission of displacing 1 million plastic pill bottles from landfills by mid-2025.
Forging Connections, Building a Movement
Beyond the product showcase, the NCPA convention and our launch party provided invaluable opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and form new partnerships. We are honored with support from our longtime partners and new representatives from various organizations, including Innovation Works, Blueberry Pharmacy, Dave’s Pharmacy, Responsibly Ventures, Allegheny Health Network, and AlphaLab Health, among others.
We feel grateful to all of our partners, so it was especially wonderful to celebrate with Blueberry Pharmacy, “who brings an energy that community and independent pharmacies emulate, including their vision for displacing plastic vials and offering their patients bespoke packaging in partnership with us,” said our co-founder and CEO, Melinda Su-En Lee.

These connections are more than just business relationships; they represent a growing community of forward-thinking individuals and organizations committed to driving positive change in healthcare. Together, we're not just reimagining pharmaceutical packaging – we're building a movement towards a more sustainable and patient-centric healthcare system.
A Moment of Celebration
Amidst the serious discussions and networking, we also took a moment to add a touch of fun to our launch party. Congratulations to Amanda Applegate, the lucky winner of our raffle draw, who took home a pair of Apple AirPods. This small celebration added to the festive atmosphere and underscored the excitement surrounding our launch.
