Parcel Health Makes Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas List for 2025

♻️ Creating a Better Pill Bottle

Pharmaceutical packaging hasn’t changed in decades. Most prescription bottles are still made of plastic—and in the U.S. alone, more than 194 billion plastic medicine containers enter the waste stream every year. Most are never recycled.

That’s why we created Tully Tube: the world’s first and only paper-based prescription bottle. It is made from compostable paper, with a recyclable child resistant plastic cap, so it is curbside recyclable, and compatible with existing pharmacy workflows—all without compromising safety or compliance.

Since our launch, we have identified a goal to keep 1 million plastic vials out of landfills by the end of 2025, which will mean that we have reduced the equivalent of 2,500 metric tons of CO₂ emissions.

And we’re just getting started.
